18 Years at the ALS Evening of Hope
Saturday, March 09, 2013
Saturday March 9 marked 18 straight years we have partnered with the Wisconsin Chapter of the ALS Association, providing valet service for the ALS Evening of Hope. A black-tie dinner, dance, and auction, the ALS Evening of Hope raises money for ALS research. We are proud to be a part of such an influential event. Looking back over the past 18 years, we feel this particular event is a great example of our exceptional service in handling a large number of guests. We pride ourselves on being able to handle any event, of any size, in the toughest locations. In 2005 the Evening for Hope was an eventful affair for our valets as the automated gate on the structure malfunctioned causing our valets to stage cars near the structure. Even with the major back up we still managed to park all incoming cars in time for the beginning of the event. Also, a tour bus broke down in the valet lane, leaving no room to receive incoming cars. Using their own vehicles, the valets quickly jumped the tour bus and got it running. The Hyatt Regency Hotel was under construction in 2009, which made the entrance packed with construction equipment. Even with minimal curb space, we were able to receive and return every vehicle on time. 2010 marked the biggest turn out so far as we parked vehicles for an RSVP list of 550 people. In addition to the big turn out, 2010 marked our largest donation to the ALS Association. Looking back at this event over the years we are proud of our strong relationship with the Wisconsin Chapter of the ALS Association and, extremely honored to be apart of such an important event and cannot wait to continue our valet service for years to come.
