In this position, you will be an active valet driver and oversee the valet operations of the account. You will earn a steady fixed income for the management role along with a bi-weekly paycheck for the hours performed as a valet. This is a great opportunity for young entrepreneurs looking to land “a big manager” position, which normally requires several years of previous experience. Get your previous experience here leading a small group of individuals. Individuals formerly holding this position for us have moved on; and now hold titles of project manager, senior level manager, operations manager and training & development manager.
Lead Valet Qualifications
• Excellent driving record, including a valid driver’s license
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and professional personality
• Excel at time management
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Interact and communicate with customers and resolve complaints or problems
• Direct employee relations and promote harmonious work environment
• Lead by personal example and effectively manage

• Support the valet attendants in delivering exceptional performance and service

Outstanding Wisconsin based parking management company is looking to bolster up an already strong team with the addition of 2 full-time valet attendants or part-time equivalent; who enjoy providing excellent customer service to patients attending appointments at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
In this position you will:
• Greet patients with a smile as they arrive and depart
• Provide wheel chair assistance if needed
• Efficiently park and return cars in a near parking garage
• Keep in good shape, it's a nice little work out!
To be considered, the right person will need to have:
• Excellent driving record, including a valid driver's license
• Customer service experience
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and empathetic personality
• Physically able to jog and keep on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Pass a drug test.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Flexible Scheduling: Work full-time or part-time | In the morning or afternoon

Pay: Negotiable Hourly Rate + tips! (You could potentially earn up to $300 in tips alone per week!!!)

• Clean Criminal Record
• Must submit to and pass drug, alcohol, and communicable disease testing through a certified testing facility.
• Able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Outgoing, friendly personality. Must work as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to perform valet duties in a fast pace manner, including running to vehicles, standing 90% of time while on shift, etc.
Previous customer service experience will be valued.
